Forget November

Let's just skip to December for now, shall we?  Boy it's been a whirlwind already, and we haven't even gotten to the Christmas rush of things.  The highlight of the month so far has been Cami's birthday (Dec 3rd) and party (Dec 5th).  But before we go there...

We had a little bake sale in our neighborhood on Friday the 2nd to earn money for our Christmas Jar (if you don't know what that is, here's a link to the book we read as a family - thanks Jenny!).  It was lots of fun and our jar is full!  Thank you, wonderful neighbors.

Just hanging out with my 4-month old beauty...she sucks on her fingers NON-STOP these days.  It's driving the orthodontist in the family nuts.

After her bath one night, Zack amused me by taking pictures of me making Chels smile.

The things you do for a baby smile.

She's so precious, I seriously never put the babe down.

Really, I could die.

Okay, onto Cami's birthday.  Here are the streamers I put up for her to break through on her way upstairs.  But when she came and got me and I peeked at the doorway, they were still intact.  She carefully climbed under them, haha.

Hanging out with the birthday girl while dad worked til 2pm.

Opening presents from Grandma Cramer.

...while Skyping with her - what a treat!

Littlest sis wears Carson's old bibs b/c she spits up so much, I run out of girl ones!

Breakfast - monkey bread and smoothie.

Playing with her new princess phone, shoes & pjs.

"How old are you?"

For this pic, she was saying, "Oh. my. GOSSS" as she spun around to continue her "conversation."  She is hilarious.

And she loves to play with Chelsea.

The morning of her party, yesterday the 5th.

Decorating bookmarks with friends.

It was a vintage-y pony theme.

Zack bein' real dumb.

Shhhh, it's an awesome pony, haha.

Fitz's root beer is a St. Louis thing.  They're yummy.

Lissa held Chelsea the whole party so I could take pictures (thank you!).

A marshmallow popper game...that poster only took me like 8 hours to make, haha.

Cami had a better idea of what to do with the marshmallows...

Time for freeze dance!  Cami was super shy at first.

Freeze!

Then she warmed up.

The little favors...

Then cupcakes and more friends!

The beer sign went great with my decor. :)

While everyone was running around, Cami decided to plop herself in the middle of the floor and continue decorating her bookmark with pony stickers.

P.S. Cute 3/4-sleeve denim jacket, huh?  That may or may not be her 3-6 month one from her baby days!  It was the only cowgirly thing I could find in the closet!

Oh man, the party was at 3pm at the clubhouse, and I didn't even arrive until 2:15pm, with nothing done, a hungry screaming baby and a toddler asleep on my floor at home.  Zack started making trips in the van from our house to the clubhouse, and my awesome friends Lissa, Laura and Lili came and helped me set everything up.  I COULD NOT have done it without them.  Thank you so much for all your help, and thanks everyone for coming and supporting Cami Jo!
